This summer I will be choosing my electives for my second year. Most of them will be geared towards finance and funds management, but I am considering taking an organizational behaviour or leadership course too.<br /><br />I am one of few students who did not participate in the recruitment process for a summer internship, as I will be returning to my old employer. The recruiting process starts in January and, from what I understand, is a rigorous process.
